onleeStudio ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use onleeStudio, an AI creation and editing application that operates within the Google Workspace environment.

1. Adherence to Google API Services User Data Policy

onleeStudio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Acceptance of This Policy

When you install onleeStudio and grant the necessary permissions, you acknowledge that your information will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Information Shared with External AI Models

onleeStudio utilizes AI models for image creation and editing. Specifically, we use Google's Gemini model for creation and editing and Google's Imagen model for high-definition image generation.

• To provide these services, your input data (prompts, instructions, etc.) will be sent to the respective Google AI models.
• We do not store any of your input data or the generated images beyond what is necessary to provide the service to you within your current session.
• We act as an intermediary between you and the Google AI models. We send your requests and display the responses.
• We do not train any models on your data, nor do we collect your data for any purpose other than providing the onleeStudio service.

4. Information We Collect

• Google Workspace Data: To function within Google Workspace, onleeStudio requires access to certain Google services. The specific data we access depends on the scopes you grant. These scopes are detailed below:
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: To obtain your email address for account identification and service delivery.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file: To access and save images within your Google Drive, Docs, and Slides.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.locale: Needed to use User Property.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request: This scope is to connect with Google AI API.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui: Additional scope needed to run the script as add-on.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.addons.metadata.readonly: We use this scope to open our add-on when you select a file in Google Drive.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents.currentonly: Used to interact with Documents you provide access to.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations.currentonly: Used to interact with Slides you provide access to.
